Why is everything listed as sold out?
GCTCG is pre-launch. We're building the catalogue, supplier relationships, and store operations before physical stock arrives, rather than opening a storefront around inventory that doesn't exist yet. Every product shown right now reflects our real stock position: none.
When will stock arrive and checkout open?
We don't have a confirmed date to share yet — it depends on stock landing, and we would rather say nothing than name a date we might miss. The best way to hear about it is to sign up for updates — see the question below on restocks.
Which games do you carry?
We list Riftbound: League of Legends TCG from Riot Games, the One Piece Card Game from Bandai, Yu-Gi-Oh! from Konami and Disney Lorcana from Ravensburger. More games will follow as supply is confirmed.
Everything is listed sold out until stock arrives. We would rather show you the full catalogue we intend to carry than a short list that looks complete.
Do you sell single cards?
Not currently. GCTCG sells sealed product only — booster packs, boxes, and starter sets.
Are your products in English, or another language print?
We expect to carry English-language print, based on what our supply allows. We'll list the language clearly on each product once stock is confirmed.
How do I know the sealed product is authentic?
We source through our supply partner rather than resellers or unverified marketplace listings. GCTCG is an independent retailer and not an authorized retailer or partner of Riot Games or any other publisher — we're not affiliated with them, but the sealed product we carry is sourced to be genuine, factory-sealed stock.
Can I pre-order?
Not yet. Pre-orders may open once we have confirmed stock and shipping dates.
Where in the UAE do you deliver?
We're planning to cover all seven emirates. See our shipping page for the full structure, including timeframes and rates once they're confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
This depends on courier and emirate, and hasn't been finalized yet — see our shipping page for details as they're confirmed.
What payment methods will you accept?
Nothing can be paid for on the site today. Accepted payment methods will be listed clearly at checkout once it opens.
Can I return sealed product?
Once opened, no. Sealed booster packs, boxes, and starter sets cannot be returned once the seal is broken, since their value depends on staying sealed. Unopened returns and damaged-in-transit claims are handled differently — see our returns page for the full policy.
Do you have a physical shop?
No, GCTCG is an online store.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
We're open to wholesale and distributor conversations. Reach out via our contact page and mention that your enquiry is for wholesale or bulk purchasing.
