Terms of Sale

These terms govern your use of gctcg.ae and any purchase made through it. By using the site, you agree to them. GCTCG is pre-launch: checkout is not yet active, and no purchase can currently be completed.

Who you're buying from

Products on this site are sold by DWRK GAMES TRADING, trading as GCTCG. The UAE trade licence number will be published here before checkout opens; until then no purchase can be completed through this site.

Pricing and currency

All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams). GCTCG is not currently registered for UAE VAT, so no VAT is added to the prices shown. If GCTCG becomes VAT-registered, prices and this section will be updated before that takes effect.

Order acceptance

No orders can currently be placed on this site. Once checkout is active, an order is only accepted once you receive confirmation from us — adding an item to your cart or completing payment does not itself guarantee a contract of sale, for example if an item turns out to be unavailable.

Stock availability

Every product currently listed on this site is marked sold out. This reflects our actual stock position: GCTCG is building its catalogue and supplier relationships ahead of physical inventory arriving. Listings will be updated to reflect real availability as stock comes in, and sold-out items may return to stock without notice.

Product images

Product images are representative of the item for sale — typically official packaging or promotional artwork supplied by the publisher or manufacturer — and may not depict the exact printing or batch you receive. Sealed product contents (such as specific cards inside packs) are randomized by the manufacturer and not something we can control or guarantee.

Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, card names, and artwork belonging to Riot Games, UVS Games, or any other publisher whose products are sold on this site remain the property of their respective owners. GCTCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Riot Games, UVS Games, or any publisher whose products appear on this site. Site design, original text, and the GCTCG name and branding belong to GCTCG.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, GCTCG's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of value from randomized sealed product contents. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from your use of this site or a purchase made through it is subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
