Shipping is not active yet — GCTCG is pre-launch and no orders can currently be placed. The policy below describes how shipping will work once stock arrives and checkout opens, so you know what to expect in advance.

Coverage

We plan to ship to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Courier

Our courier partner will be named here once shipping goes live.

Dispatch time

Dispatch timeframes will be published here before checkout opens, once the courier is contracted. Orders will be dispatched as quickly as stock allows.

Delivery time

Delivery times vary by emirate and courier. Expected timeframes will be published here alongside the courier, before ordering opens.

Shipping rates

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location. Rates will be published here before checkout opens.

Free shipping

Whether a free-shipping threshold applies at launch, and at what order value, will be confirmed and published here before ordering opens.

International shipping

At launch, GCTCG plans to ship within the UAE only.

Tracking

Once an order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow delivery progress with the courier.

Failed or missed delivery

If a delivery attempt fails — for example, no one is available to receive the order — the courier will follow its standard missed-delivery process. We'll be in touch to arrange redelivery where needed.
